The Cabriolet convertible should continue with the model-year 2008 body style. Both the sedan and wagon will likely continue to offer Audi ’s quattro all-wheel drive, and some versions of the sedan should be available with front-wheel drive. Sedans and Avants come in 2.0T trim and should continue to feature a turbocharged 211-hp 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine. The 3.2 quattro should remain sedan only. It would have a 265-hp 3.2-liter V6. A continuously variable automatic transmission should be standard on front-drive 2.0Ts. 2.0T quattro models will likely be available with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. 3.2 quattros should be automatic only. S4 sedans should be available in the fall of 2009 as 2010 models, and they will be powered by a 333-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V6 mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic. S4 will have 18-inch wheels and unique exterior and interior features.
